DREBLEY LABS / INFORMATION

Privacy notice.

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This notice explains how Drebley Labs handles information submitted through this website. Drebley Labs is an early-stage independent UK software and automation project. For privacy enquiries, email hello@drebleylabs.com.

What information we collect

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, company (if given), category of enquiry and description of your business problem. Please do not submit passwords, confidential documents or sensitive personal information. We may also receive ordinary email correspondence if you contact us directly.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to read your message, decide whether we can help and respond. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into any agreement, where applicable. We do not add enquiry senders to a marketing mailing list simply because they contacted us.

Form delivery provider

Website form messages are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service which forwards them to our mailbox and provides spam protection, including CAPTCHA where applicable. FormSubmit states that submission archives are retained for 30 days. Its processing and transfer arrangements are governed by its own policies. If you prefer not to use the form, email us directly instead.

Storage and retention

Enquiry emails are stored in our business email account. We retain correspondence while it is needed to handle your enquiry, evaluate a potential working relationship or meet applicable legal requirements, and review it periodically. We do not sell enquiry information.

Cookies and analytics

We have not installed advertising trackers or visitor analytics on this website. Cloudflare provides website hosting and may process technical request data for security and service delivery. Submitting the enquiry form may involve FormSubmit's anti-spam verification, which can have its own cookies or technical processing. The on-page time calculator runs locally in your browser and does not submit its values to us unless you choose to include them in your message.

Your rights

Subject to applicable UK data-protection law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction, or object to certain uses. Contact hello@drebleylabs.com. If you are unhappy with our response, you can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

We may update this notice when our services or data practices change. The revision date above will be updated.
